Haven't used this item yet but at first glance it's cheap as it looks. I think I should have expected this as it was $20. Looks good. It already had a few songs on it and the sound quality was good. Headphones are included, but you can do without them. You can watch videos. The quality isn't the best. This is a "better than nothing" product. I think there is room for an SD card for extra storage. The only problem is that the buttons can be confusing. There is no "Back" button, so sometimes it is difficult to go back to the previous menu. All in all, it seems like a decent device. Remember, you get what you pay for, so we'll see how long that lasts.
