Very comfortable and fits true to size. They have laces but the shoe doesn't have a tongue but it stretches in the hole so it really slips more. A little confusing at first, but I really enjoyed it. I never solve them. The heel of the shoe is very durable, so you can even put it on without hurting your heel, your hands are free and they stay in place and won't fall off. I only give 4 stars because after about 4 months in the gym and in everyday life the bottom of the shoe has already started to wear out. I don't drag my feet when walking, but the shoe still lost a lot of profile on the bottom. Didn't even realize it until I went outside after the rain, I almost slipped and fell!
