I usually wear size 12W shoes. I also tend to supinate (underpronate). I bought these shoes for light walking and everyday wear. They felt pretty good, maybe a little tight at first. The insoles that came with the shoes were falling off so I replaced them with another pair that made them more comfortable. I've ridden them a few miles and so far so good. Just take your time getting used to your new shoes. I got this shoe from Revain's warehouse so the price was great. I don't have much experience with $$$ sneakers. They may be better, but I have a hard time paying so much for something that the general advice is to replace it so often. No problems with injuries of any kind during normal 5K training, knock on wood. In general very satisfied.
