I really like this product but I don't like it. I'll explain why. Pros: Fits my MacBook 15″ Retina display from mid 2015 perfectly. The plastic is thick and appears to be able to withstand severe shocks, although it won't take a tumble, but who expects that, right? The plastic ends are well rounded and feel good when manipulating the MacBook. thick, not scratchy. I can imagine that this case will soon have a lot of scratches. Since I always keep my Mac in my backpack separate from my other devices, I think this will save it a bit from scratches, but it scratches easily. Some areas of the plastic lid - I think where the plastic injection molding parts mold the lids to fit the one-piece body, which seems odd given the overall product. as in the pictures. If, like me, you have a 15-inch MacBook Pro, you're going to feel like your Mac has gained a lot of weight after adding this lid, so be prepared. The Mac also feels significantly bulkier. that these disadvantages will be present in some other more expensive cases, so I think for such a price this is the perfect solution. I wish this case had a "matte" version. I'm not sure if this is a minus or a pro, that's a minus for me as I don't like shiny things, but I've been commended for the glossy look this coating gives my mac, as I said, I would prefer it in a matte version.
