I've had this case for a month and a half and everything is fine so far. I bought TWO bacon cases that broke after 2 weeks! I also bought a couple of imitations which held up pretty well but eventually broke. This one seems tough. I like to remove the bottom plate from time to time because dirt and stuff get stuck behind the grille. And the rest of the covers literally broke after pulling them off and putting them on once. This sleeve does what it's supposed to do and helps protect the finish of my MacBook. The bottom is difficult to put on if you don't read the instructions (like I didn't) but after noticing tiny ridges on one side I was able to put it on after a few days (I threw out instructions on that point) . Maybe it's because I didn't put it on properly, but it's still not very tight. I ordered a clear film and it got scratched after less than a month of use, but that's the whole point.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a lightweight case that would personalize my Mac while still allowing the illuminated Apple logo to be visible from above. I don't know how long this business will last. Ease of installation. Fits like a glove. But I am very careful when moving my computer. I do this often (move). And I'm really worried about the clips on the bottom of the device (only two thin clips can break in any given day). Buyers beware, too: the top of the case adds weight to your screen, which allows the screen to pull back when you lift it. Overall not bad quality but wish I had a lowercase fallback or more clips below.

I bought this case to put on my work laptop so I can put stickers on without ruining a computer I didn't have. This sleeve fits my 2015 MacBook Pro perfectly. It snaps right into place, stays attached and adds very little weight or extra profile. Now if I need to return my laptop I can simply remove the case and send it back as new. I will be buying them for all my MacBooks in the future!

Nice case but sharp hard plastic edges rub my hand/wrist when typing on the laptop keyboard and I'm not sure if I'll use it later or take it out since it bothers me I'm still trying to get used to it after a few days. Update: I used sandpaper (about 200 grit) to smooth out the sharp edges. It took about 5 minutes to do this and is a pleasure to use. I don't have to do this. The quality process of the product should have ensured the asking price.

The cover fits perfectly and is easy to fit but leaves the edges and back vulnerable by being left open. Materials are very easy to deteriorate, get dirty and scratched. After just a month of brief use, the lid became so unsightly that I replaced it with another product.
