cuts perfectly with spinning wheel

great product and much cheaper price than precut sets. I use my desktop rotary paper/photo cutter and it creates perfectly sized strips. 1.5 is so versatile that if you're desperate for something deeper you can always use a second strip over the first. Most old DSLRs and rangefinder bodies that I've re-foamed seem to use 1.5mm.
