Not what it used to be
I had a Paul Mitchell precision straightener for almost 8 years that eventually died. So apparently I ordered this one called the same. (ion smooth) This is nothing but the original! Feels very cheap. It's significantly lighter than my last one. Closing it on your hair gives you that cheap spanking sound and it even pulls your hair! I can't believe this is a Paul Mitchell product. This one is no better than a $30 flat iron. But for $125 I expect Paul Mitchell quality. Super disappointed and not recommended. Only 1 plus: heats up quickly.
