I'm very frustrated with my Paul Mitchell hair straightener, when I first got it I noticed the button didn't work but I did I don't think it would make a difference but now I can't even turn up the temperature to do my hair, I paid good money for this product and am very dissatisfied. Can I send it to you and can you repair or replace it? It looks like they melted, but I don't know how that could have happened, please help

I had a Paul Mitchell precision straightener for almost 8 years that eventually died. So apparently I ordered this one called the same. (ion smooth) This is nothing but the original! Feels very cheap. It's significantly lighter than my last one. Closing it on your hair gives you that cheap spanking sound and it even pulls your hair! I can't believe this is a Paul Mitchell product. This one is no better than a $30 flat iron. But for $125 I expect Paul Mitchell quality. Super disappointed and not

I was happy to use this straightener because a few years ago I went to a salon where they used this brand on my hair and made it nice and straight. They sold them at their salon for the same price I bought this one for, but the one the stylist used on my hair had a pad on the sides of the blades. However, this one didn't have the pillow I was looking forward to because the pillow seemed to help grip my hair when it was straightened. UPDATE: Less than a year later it stopped working. This is the second to do this. Great product when it works, but I don't recommend it. I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and it works so well and is of such high quality that I had to buy it myself. We both have thick hair and this works great for both of us. The cheaper type you can buy elsewhere doesn't work as well as this one!

For years my daughter and I have been going back and forth with an old model of this flat iron. We liked it so much we just didn't want to use anything else. Now that she's moved out and had her last straightener, I've finally decided to buy a new one. I found this newer model and had to have it.
