I had a previous model for 3 years and when it didn't work I bought this new version . The improvements were small but I loved every change they made to a product I already loved. Unfortunately, it looks like they've sacrificed durability. Two things went wrong with my device. one). After about 6 months of occasional use (compressor no longer moves) it failed. 2). Even before it failed, after just a few months the threads on the inside of the thread-on end of the hose began to wear down to the point where on some valve stems (mostly bikes) it would no longer thread on (not enough to thread-engage). ). on the stock. I ended up having to physically push and hold the end of the hose onto the valve while the pump inflated. It wasn't bad for a bike, but very bad for car tires. got a bad block or not, i'm still thinking about getting another one because i liked it so much, but i'll definitely check out the others.
