Physically OK. It looks good and the screen is easy to read. But unless you're used to using the Chromebook OS, it's not intuitive at all. I gave you a month to try if it might work as I read so many great reviews about it and how easy it was to use. But it was difficult to use in every way. This includes using a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, and connecting to an external display via HDMI. If you're used to Windows, or maybe even Apple, I wouldn't recommend this as they're somewhat intuitive, which isn't intuitive at all. I also didn't like the fact that I couldn't access app icons unless they were in tablet mode. Basically, if you're going to use this for anything other than browsing Google Chrome or a computer-sized tablet, don't understand it.
