The first purchase the camera never worked, it kept telling me that the camera was not available, I had to call support and the Lenovo representative asked me to close it send it so i decided to bring it back instead, my daughter liked the look of it so i decided to give it another try. Guess the second key "r" fell off after 5 months of steady and careful use. It's still under warranty, but my daughter works with it at school and I don't have a spare. Lenovo, please do something about it.

I am happy with this purchase. I accidentally ordered it just before quarantine and fortunately it arrived in time to see my child on a remote school program day and night for access to Netflix, Hulu etc. I rarely say this, but I would buy another.

This slim, light, slim design is GREAT for adults, but even better for kids. My daughter is 13 and used MY very expensive HP laptop with a huge touch screen. Physically OK. It looks good and the screen is easy to read. But unless you're used to using the Chromebook OS, it's not intuitive at all. I gave you a month to try if it might work as I read so many great reviews about it and how easy it was to use. But it was difficult to use in every way. This includes using a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, and connecting to an external display via HDMI. If you're used to Windows, or maybe even Apple, I wouldn't recommend this as they're somewhat intuitive…
