Review on Satya Nag Champa Incense Stick by Nick Bigalow

I have been distilling Nag Champa for almost 30 years. I already ordered a box (100 pieces) from this supplier in early 2020. The first box was GREAT - the smell was STRONG when burning - stronger than the sticks in the box. Just one stick in the bathroom filled the whole house with scent! When I ran out of packs, I ordered another of the same box (looking through my order history to make sure I was ordering the same one). This box seemed promising - the smell in the box was strong, the sticks looked and felt slightly different but were coated with extra powder and everything seemed fine - until I burned a few. This box has NO litter. I feel almost nothing when I'm in the same room with a burning stick. It smells like real temple incense, not perfumed at all. Also, the ashes that remain from this box aren't the right color - they're dark grey-brown, almost black. I've never seen this before. It should be light brown in color. I don't know if it's just fake incense or something happened, but I'm disappointed. Too bad I didn't save my old box so I can compare.
