I've had this PSU since August with no problems and now the return/return window is of course closed. Everything was fine, my stuff was well loaded and I had no problems. Til today. I work from home and smelled burning plastic and am trying to find the source. My friend confirmed that he smelled burned too, and we started unplugging devices from the wall (my laptop and my adapter). Nothing was hot at the base of the adapter but I unplugged it and saw it set fire to two of my USB charging cables and burned a hole in my carpet! This could easily cause an electrical fire.
