I received an email from Camping World that these extenders are on sale. I checked out their website and they wanted around $140. I really needed the cable and almost ordered from them, but I checked out Revain first. Surprise: It was much cheaper here. Hooray. It is finished. Excellent line. My stock 50A power cord that came with my fifth wheel is too short to reach my house to connect and charge my bus batteries. I've used other extensions but they get pretty hot at times, especially if I don't fully unwind them. Now I use this Camco power strip to get to an outlet in my garage. Even though the outlet in the garage is only a 20A switch, using a standard cord plus this extender plus a dog bone adapter to downsize to a 110 outlet is still more efficient and a more secure connection. The connections are clean and I'm getting the best charge I can get from this outlet. Until I turn on the air conditioner or other heavy equipment, I will not turn off the switch in the house electrical panel. This cord is well constructed. The ends are good and easy to connect/disconnect. The carrying handle with Velcro also helps a lot. Excellent work.
