I have an office chair that I like a lot but it's big and I'm short and when I sit on it my feet don't touch the floor haha. Not much but enough to make you uncomfortable. I decided to find an ottoman to put under the table to rest my feet on. I was originally looking for something taller to stretch my legs on, but when I found this I thought something like this would be even better...like raising the floor a bit to reach my legs lol. And it really is. The photo next to the garbage can shows that it is not very high. (It's a 3.6 gallon container for reference.) Oh, and the customer service was great. The seller only contacted me to let me know that they were processing my order and that they would help me if anything went wrong. I love my little footrest, it's awesome and just what I need to sit more comfortably. on my office chair! And so charming, I love the design of the world on it.
