A little larger than expected
Just right for my 4th birthday. The old grandson is fine. He can wear it for a while. All kids have different height and growth patterns, but that should be right for 3T, and unless your 4T is in the tall or wide range, it might work well for them for a while. Haven't washed yet, let's see how long it lasts.
