Review on Jaguar Wiper SEMOLTO Windsheild F PACE by Alfonso Wilson

Well I wanted to like it but at this price I guess I can't be too picky. I was meaning to give this 4 stars until when removing the lever cover (this needs to be bolted to the rear window) the tombstone shaped piece of plastic broke off completely! I removed the small cover to access the screw like others do (YouTube video) without using too much force or tools. If you also see my second picture with the red arrows, this indicates that the plastic was not cut cleanly, as well as scratches on the lid. This all happened before the item was well packaged in plastic bags and new bubble wrap, so it's all due to poor quality control at the manufacturing site. I'll see if I can use the original Jag handbag and hope the black plastic fits well enough. Generally the quality of the plastic is not as well finished or smooth as the original part that came with the car. Update: I ended up just using a new blade attached to its springy metal band/rubber cover from this new part that appears to match the original OEM arm. Time will tell if it was a good job.
