Not a 60hz loop output

Its does get a 1080p input. But the loop output from the reciver its not 60hz and its laggy.I bought this to get my ps5 image to another room right next to where the transmiter is. The loop from the transmitter its not that great. The reciver image quality and lag is slightly bether then ps remote.Good to watch movies and basic stuff but other than that its not worth it.
