iGRANt is pretty easy to use, their support team answers all queries asap, I would not say that there are any particular downsides but if you want your data kept private - then best to keep everything on an internal server, or at least on a private cloud (and ensure no one gets hold of it). The fact that they have an S3 bucket, with encryption built in is pretty cool too. We can now store client information securely within our platform. I like that it is easy to use, has all of my information in one place for me so there are no errors or missing documents when applying online! It's also very user friendly which makes things easier than other platforms out here today (i know this from experience). The only thing about their service was they were not always available at times during business hours but overall great platform with many benefits such as having access 24/7 365 days per year without any breaks!!
