Complementics Mobile Audiences Review

The most important thing is how easy it was for me as an advertiser or marketeer to target my audience with their phone number alone without having to give them any personal information at all! That's pretty awesome. I can't think of anything bad about this product other then maybe some minor customer service issues here and there but nothing too serious nor something they actually did wrong. It gives so much freedom when targeting your adverts or messages out into such large amounts of people

The ability to target different demographics across multiple platforms is great for reaching my customers. I like the fact that they are constantly updating their platform so it's always changing. I do not like how difficult it is to create a profile for each of my clients' needs. There are too many steps and it takes a long time to complete everything. Take your time when setting up profiles. The ability for us as an agency (and our clients) is great! It's easy enough but powerful at same time so it allows me room when I need some breathing down of my neck from those who are new or junior members within your team!! Sometimes its hard explaining what exactly all their buttons do - not sure if thats something they can improve upon by adding videos/other tutorials etc?
