The most important thing is how easy it was for me as an advertiser or marketeer to target my audience with their phone number alone without having to give them any personal information at all! That's pretty awesome. I can't think of anything bad about this product other then maybe some minor customer service issues here and there but nothing too serious nor something they actually did wrong. It gives so much freedom when targeting your adverts or messages out into such large amounts of people which could be anyone from anywhere around the world. The ability for us as an agency (and our clients) is just so easy with this platform - it's really flexible when used correctly! I wish there was some way of seeing how many people actually clicked through vs were delivered straight into my app but other then those two things everything has been great about using their service!! We've had nothing bad at all from them since they started up again back around April/May time frame last year.
