My daughter got this for college and she loves it. It's absolutely beautiful, I mean the felt material around the keyboard and this keyboard is amazing! The blue color is great. The screen is clear and beautiful, but small. I can't comment on the battery life as I'm not a user but I asked her and she loves it. We are lucky enough to be able to share our adobe suite and office software with her (thank goodness), she does graphic design and adobe is expensive software, luckily my husband is in the same program at another school and he knows the software use that was installed on his MacBook on other devices. This laptop is a little expensive but it will last a long time. I firmly believe that with technology you get what you pay for and laptop is not an area to skimp on. I would highly recommend this to any student. The only thing I don't like about it is the screen size, for 13+ it's too small for me and I think the screen could be a bit brighter, but for my daughter it's great, very light and easy to use. wear. I also think Microsoft should have included a mouse in the box, but I am.
