I ordered a large because the reviews said to size up your regular size- I could have possibly gotten away with a medium, there was still a lot of give in my waist line. I wore this to work for the first time today and the zipper broke. I can't remember if the description said it had a gusset or not. it does not. If you have to use the restroom the entire thing must come off
