Really impressed with this product! I'm not good at curling my hair and usually wear ponytails or natural waves. I wanted to find a totally reliable curler and I found it! There was a bit of a learning curve (no pun intended lol) but the only real difficulty was figuring out how to tuck a section of hair with my left hand when I switched to the left side of my hair. Once I got used to it, I found it very easy to use. I have long hair and was afraid it would get tangled. There were a couple of times where the strand was too thick, but the machine spits it out if there's too much hair, so I had no problems. There are no photos of how to add the hair in the included instructions, but I went back to the list and found a photo that helped. There are many settings and I have amazing curls with the lowest temperature and shortest duration. Overall a great purchase!
