Review on 🦄 Magical Unicorn Headband T-Shirt Tutu: Perfect Dress Up & Pretend Play for Birthdays by Dylan Baldwin

I bought this for my 3 year old daughter who will be 4 years old. She is tall and thin (35-36 pounds). I tried on her a tutu and it was so tight on her. The shirt and everything else was perfect. I ordered size 4-5. Not sure if the wrong size was packed but a pack. I measured the waist of the tutu, it came out 16 inches. Inside is an elastic band that stretches but is still so tight. My daughter was so excited we got it but now I need to figure out how to widen her waist so she can wear it. I want to contact the seller and see if I can get the right size.
