Very poor product quality and shipping packaging. The mount was broken in two when it arrived, so it was flat as a pancake. No wonder it broke. This is a poorly designed 3D printed part with no brackets to support a very thin vertical section where it transitions into the horizontal section. To make matters worse, there was absolutely no additional packaging in the paper envelope for protection. I'm glad it arrived broken so I was able to return it before I stuck the sticky stuff to the drywall only to break it after installation.
