The product is really good, I'm glad I purchased it.

"Supposedly warm cups" means that the manufacturer is unable to verify the exact temperature at which the cup will reach a comfortable temperature. I'll let you in on a little secret, but without any measurements and no matter how much! But, in point of fact, doing so is not really required.
Well, yes, you can place two additional cups under two nozzles at the same time, but you will only hold them with your hands, else they will fall to the sides. Taking turns is the more convenient option.

Pros

The coffee is of excellent quality. The preparation of cappuccino is very simple, and a single shot is capable of producing enough foam for two glasses.

Cons

At the middle of the frothing process, the cappuccinatore will drop straight into the hot milk, which will cause your hand to be sprayed with hot milk. It is required to take off the decorative tube and fasten the elastic band into place before proceeding. I am evidently not understanding the rationale behind why it should be done by buyers rather than by the company. Not only does it crash for me, but it also crashes for ALL OWNERS on the INTERNET.
