My phone's screen was so cracked that parts of the phone couldn't register touches. So in this review, keep in mind that I was already prepared to get a new phone (maybe destroy this one) if this screen didn't work. This product had mixed reviews but I decided to give it a try rather than spend more money to have the store replace it. Cons: - No instructions included. You need to watch YouTube videos etc to go through the whole process. The included suction cup was not enough to open the phone. After several attempts, I had to use other tools to capture the phone's screen. The triangular screwdriver is VERY poorly made. He removed many of the screws needed to remove the NEEDED metal mesh backing. It doesn't come with the screen itself. I had to bend and snap off areas of the back of the phone where the screwdriver couldn't remove the back. The front mic was NOT this part. It didn't have the right housing and connectors for the front camera. I had to salvage the mic that came with the screen and replace it with the original front mic along with the original camera body. Your microphone was just thrown away. For those of you who don't have mini tools at home, this process can be difficult. (Luckily I had a watch repair kit) This product comes with a minimal screen replacement kit. (requires three mini screwdrivers, a plastic stand and a small suction cup) Pros: - After almost two hours of fighting. It really worked. . .-Touchscreen is surprisingly accurate.-Screen fits and sits fairly flat (almost like the original)-I've noticed a bit of a darker tint to the app icons, but there's no discoloration, smudges, or smudges on the screen itself. Overall, I'd rate this one DO NOT recommend product. If you are not willing to destroy the small parts of the phone and are struggling to fix it, I would recommend another product or store.
