Update 08/23/2021 A new software from Gaomon for M10K Pro was released some time ago, I only discovered it today by accident. It would be nice if their software had an auto update feature as the new interface is more user friendly and aesthetic to the eye. Great tablet to take notes, very responsive and highly recommend printing out a protective case like the one I have in the photo. Even if you don't drop the device on the connector and destroy the charging port like I did with my first tablet, if you never just use the tablet on a flat surface, the same intermittent connection issue occurs over time. I used PETG for printing. If, like me, you need to hold a tablet on your lap to write (as seen in the photo of my laptop on my desk), then you should make or buy a protector for it. If I get 10 upvotes I can start selling these protective clips on Amazon for about $10 including shipping and packaging. Click the Useful button if you are interested in any of these. I use this every day at school. I've been using it for 1 year now and the only problem is that the intermittent connection keeps getting worse when the micro usb connector isn't at the right angle. I just bought a new replacement connector from Sunguy here on Amazon with a reversible 45° USB micro USB connector and haven't had any connection issues since. First review: I love the tablet. Writes well, easy to set up and use. Don't drop the tablet on the charging socket with the plug connected, or you'll order a new device like I did now. I had the last one for 1 year. Works very well with virtually no brush lag or accuracy issues.
