I like that you can configure so many aspects of this program from your own needs as well which gives flexibility in customizing its use for each individual business's specific requirements/desires within their organization; Also have great support team when needed! This software is expensive but worth it if someone has large volume orders or shipments per week / month - It really takes some getting used too especially after all those years using other OES products (both free & paid).

If they continue down same path will upgrade shortly once new features are released because still very customizable compared/useful tool even better than others out there currently being utilized by my clients' organizations worldwide at present times.- Being able to track inventory levels- As mentioned above customized configuring capabilities depending upon customer requests etc I like that it is user friendly for new users as well as experienced ones who are used in ERP systems. The customer service could be better - not always responsive when you need them most! We have been able to streamline our process of receiving goods into inventory through tracking shipments from point A-B. It has also allowed us to track where we stand with regards to getting items back out again once they reach their final destination.
