Amazing Makeup Eyeliner
Love it! Most appear to dry up within a few weeks. I've been using it for several months and it still works great! I like a very thin line and it works great. It also works really well on special occasions when I wear thick eyeliner. All in all a great dip! Sure, it's not 100% waterproof, but it doesn't smudge as much as the others. I work as a mailman and I work 90+ hours at 90° and this eyeliner doesn't make me look like I have raccoon eyes! Highly recommended
