Poor design and quality
At first I liked the concept of this trimmer. However, this was poorly designed. The components of the mechanism interfere with each other and cause jamming. It looks like the designer didn't create tolerance stacks. Weak, poor choice of plastic. It seems that a senior manager lowered his costs :-) It went out of service within a month, then fell apart and couldn't assemble it.
