This is perfect. I am not a professional and I use it for home hair removal. The size is perfect for the Gigi wax sold at Sally's. Gigi honey wax is the only soft wax I use. I fill an empty GiGi refill jar with Ceriphil bullets on the opposite side for my gear. It takes almost a full 30 minutes to heat a full jar of wax. I set it on high for 30 minutes then turn it down to low and it keeps the wax at the perfect temperature. I've had a Gigi wax heater for a few years that I've used before and the temperature control was terrible. No matter how you heat it, the wax will always be too hot. This works much better and keeps the right temperature.
