I've tried many other brands and Satin Smooth is still my favorite for the fine temperature setting! I love that the lid sits high! I'm a beautician and I like to apply lip balm internally to warm it up before applying it to my face. It's easy to clean. The only thing I would do differently is maybe make it a little smaller. It's quite wide compared to the old model.

Bought for my granddaughter's new beauty salon. She is very happy with it and says it works great at any temperature setting. Perfect for your startup.

I love this heater. It's expensive, but works great. I like that the settings are easy to use. If I put it in the "ready to use" state, I no longer have to change the settings. Unlike other heaters, I have to constantly adjust the setting.

Heating pads are just great. As a beautician, I use them every day. I love that it has a flip cover so you don't have to think about where to put the sticky cover. I also like the temperature control features and the flexible power button cover that prevents sticking. Highly recommended.

This is perfect. I am not a professional and I use it for home hair removal. The size is perfect for the Gigi wax sold at Sally's. Gigi honey wax is the only soft wax I use. I fill an empty GiGi refill jar with Ceriphil bullets on the opposite side for my gear. It takes almost a full 30 minutes to heat a full jar of wax. I set it on high for 30 minutes then turn it down to low and it keeps the wax at the perfect temperature. I've had a Gigi wax heater for a few years that I've used before and…

Perfect addition to my spa. I have had so many different wax capsules and this is by far the best! Sturdy, excellent quality (not cheap flimsy plastic), easy to use and RELIABLE temp sensor, melts fast and EVEN, and I love that it has double the capacity. Highly recommended, I had everything!
