Works great alongside my 2017 MacBook Pro

These adapters are the perfect solution for the USB-C ports on my MBP. Other adapters are wide enough to fit side by side, but they have port offsets and work great. Since they are designed to offset the adapter from the center, I can even use one of them next to one of my other adapters and adjust both. This allows me to use it on any page if I want. I've had no trouble using either of those two directions - they work well even when upside down. The build quality looks very good and they have a cool metallic blue finish. Great adapters at a reasonable price.
