I've had this wireless set for about half a year. One day the mouse scroll wheel stopped working. I used Digital Innovations online support chat to report an issue. After trying the troubleshooting methods they suggested, the wheel is still not working. I was told the video had disappeared. Assuming the kit was still under warranty since the warranty period listed in the quick start guide is "limited lifetime parts and labor from date of purchase", I asked if there would be a replacement. I was told to buy a new one because "this unit comes with a limited lifetime warranty and lasts 30 days". My old mouse still works great after two years, but this device doesn't last more than six months! Digital Innovations did not specify 30 days as a guarantee period in the document or in the product description. Until you ask, you'll never know it's only 30 days. I found the warranty information misleading. Even if they don't have enough confidence in their products to offer a reasonable warranty period, why would you? I will never buy from them again.
