The user interface makes it easy for our consultants or even non technical employees to create plans in just about any format we want them too.

It also helps me track progress against my goals throughout each quarter and year! I wish there was more information available when creating new strategies - as some projects are so detailed you need help from an experienced consultant like myself ;) but this isn't something specific to ONSTRGY by itself; almost every project management tool has similar issues. Try one out before deciding whether its what you're looking for though! We have found success using Onstrgy to keep all departments aligned around key objectives/goals within their respective teams (sales & marketing, tech support) while allowing flexibility across areas if needed at times. This allows us to make quick decisions without having to go through several layers of approval first time round which can slow down processes sometimes depending upon who is involved.
