Because of the price and general variability, I put off buying it for a long time. I will never return! So I use them for frozen treats. I used to use regular plastic ice trays and they broke when I rotated them to get the treats out. This is not a problem! They are exactly 1 ounce of what I use them for which makes measuring much easier. Baking sheet underneath BEFORE pouring liquids to avoid spilling everywhere. They were just perfect for what I used them for. I was hesitant because of the price but it was worth it. I do not regret the purchase 100%. ** I did not try to bake with it!
