Review on Enhance Performance with Vibrant 10289 1/8" NPT Oil Restrictor Fitting by Adam Abner

Cool design but the threads break very easily. The oil filter cap had 1/8 threads in the body, as did the oil filler cap. Both have been swapped, one is high end bulletproof and the other has no name on the market. 1/8 thread compatibility was not an issue. I started hand threading the oil restrictor into the body, it went fine for a few threads but was very tight. I thought there was paint on the oil restrictor so when I worked backwards the threads on the restrictor came loose and made a big mess with the filter housing. not sure if this is a manufacturing issue. This is my first striped thread.
