It is exactly as described. If you don't know how to smooth wrinkles and fix tulle, read the reviews. I did exactly what some of the reviews suggest: sprayed with warm water, separated the tulle and ironed each strand piece by piece. It came out amazing. My daughter hasn't worn it yet but it fits like it should. the only thing itches is a little. Otherwise it's a great dress and well worth it.
