These shoes are really great. They are not cheap either in price or quality. The skin is beautiful and survived the Michigan winter practically unscathed. The outsole is grippy and durable. I switched the laces to lockable laces (elastic) and now they are very easy to tighten with one hand but they don't dangle too much on the legs. I am very happy with the Twisted X brand and will probably buy from them again. I bought this particular "driving shoe" because I have an office job but live in Michigan. So in the winter it's a great, comfortable shoe for keeping the snow out but easy to slip on and off under my desk or in the morning. I also think the Moc sock is stylish enough for an office environment. They are also great for driving. I have a manual and my work boots and winter boots are so bulky that the clutch is horrible to use. It's enough to shake my car off, but they're still good for driving and sitting at a desk.
