Review on Enhanced Landscape Lighting: Moonrays SRRB Replacement for a Paradisiacal Ambiance by Maurice Strawther

These lamps are amazing. We have a garden which is lit at night with four milky white glass wall lights using standard 18 watt 12 volt bulbs. I wanted more light in that area and these LEDs from SRRB were listed as equivalent to about 35w when using 2.5w. I ordered a four pack and they arrived almost immediately. I was pleased to see that the diodes are encased in a clear plastic case which, unlike some other lights I've seen, should offer very good weather protection. On the first night I only installed one to compare light output and the LED was noticeably brighter than the standard bulbs, about twice as bright by my estimate, so the 35w equivalence claim seems correct. After changing the other three bulbs, the garden is very well lit, just like we wanted, so we're very happy. The wedge bases were a perfect match for the T5 lights and these bulbs put out great light and very little heat as you would expect from LEDs. The warm color temperature rating (3000K) also seems correct, with no harsh white in the light. And there is no flicker at all. I'm very happy with them and will order another set if I ever need to replace one when it breaks (at 30,000 hours rated life I doubt I'll replace one due to wear and tear). Great product, SRRB.
