***UPDATE*** I recently received both this and a Hawthorne strainer from Justin in Piña as I had problems with my previous strainer. I waited a few months to update my review because I wanted to give them a good test before revising my review. They are amazing! SOLID filter quality. Now it's a pleasure to use and it's my favorite julep that I own. The ONLY thing I would change would be to balance the handle so it isn't too heavy and doesn't tip over the mixing jar reservoir/can/tool container.••••••••••••• •••••• I literally bought these screens for ONLY a Hawthorne) and when I opened the box the screen rumbled, glimpsing the head was loose (like the Hawthorne) and the pen cap right in my hand slipped. Also, it is NOT balanced and very heavy.
