The ability for us as an organization is very flexible in terms how we use it internally or externally (also known by our customers). It also provides great support with its team which helps me feel confident when I need help from them! We are still testing some features but overall everything works well - just like any other tool would work out there if you have enough budget/resources available!! Nothing really comes across my mind right now since this was one such easy implementation experience compared others around here! Great product & service provider!! Highly recommended. If your looking into automating processes then look no further because they're able solve all problems related too business requirements within few days only without much effort required after initial training provided :) Easy to use, flexible platform allows for rapid deployment in new or existing environments. Lack of tooling support - no out of box connectors available for many data sources (i.e., Salesforce). Support is excellent but they're not always able to provide connector implementations when requested by customers. This was an internal solution we used as part of our digital transformation initiative. We were looking for a way to automate repetitive tasks across multiple applications within our organization.
