I like that you can get your emails sent to me from my inbox when ever i want, it makes life easier! Also if an email gets lost in between or misread then its easy for anyone else who reads them also know about this as well so no one has any problems with understanding what they are doing wrong/what their missing out of etc. Its not much but there's nothing really bad at all either just sometimes having different timezones does annoy people especially after work hours where we have our own set times which differ depending how many days off someone had last week!! It would be ideal however once everyone understands each others working patterns things aren't too big (aside from holidays).
