Reference: I'm 46 years old, 5'6", 117 pounds, 34 centimeters. I bought a small and XS. The small definitely fit, so I didn't try on the XS. Well I liked this costume but it's not enough, I didn't like that the black braid doesn't go all the way back and if you look closely at the photo you can see the hem of the bra tray cups (I do always) and it still had a line on it that I didn't like. It's a great suit but I liked the others better so I sent it back. Hope that helps.
