So far I have bought several zosi DVR, all different types and cameras. I tested them all for a while. Friends and family who saw the system at home were impressed with the video quality and especially the night vision so I ordered a few for them, their families, friends etc and have had a dashcam ever since. tech :P, i install it for you and make some money from it. :D The main problem why I didn't buy a DVR online was the installation, I don't have anyone to install it. my first DVR system a few months ago. It's really no big deal, you can do everything yourself, plus you get all the help you need from the seller for free, 24x7, they helped me with all the questions and problems I had with my DVR in the beginning. * The DVR comes with all instructions on a CD. All the settings and functions of the DVR are on it. Check it. I didn't see it until I asked them all my questions. I've read all the bad reviews of these DVRs and I see the mistakes some people make other than maybe broken parts but the main problem you face, DVR is your own setup, I did it myself and I know the results . Some have spoken about the night vision on this model of camera, it clearly says 100ft (30m) IR night vision, if you have a large open area the view will of course be limited. They sell dash cams with and without hard drives, if your computers are broken or like mine, you can use the hard drive for the DVR. If you need a larger capacity hard drive, you can buy the one you like. i ordered one from amazon and they didn't come with hard drive screws. i was very upset and nervous but luckily zosi already had them in the box, they knew i would need them as i bought a dvr without a hard drive, it's really a great service. *Tip: Install Zosi APP on your phone and connect the dashcam to internet before tilting the camera, it will help you a lot, you can see everything live without any lag.*Tip: If you watch videos at night in good want to record quality, set the "Motion Detection LED Spotlight" while the camera is recording. I have yet to do that, I only tested it with LED light but no motion was detected. I'm still looking for a good one for my garden. You can always contact the seller if you have any questions, they will provide you with the best service you deserve. You don't get "customer first" service these days.
