So far so good, but it takes arm strength to really hit some points. We live in an area where our toilets are getting more yellow for some reason. We have tried everything and nothing. But with the scrub we removed half of it in 20 minutes (this is for me, a person who has carpal tunnel in my shoulder). We also learned that with this brush, using a mixture of vinegar and dish soap at dawn and spraying it on anything that needs cleaning and letting it sit for 15 minutes also helps with this brush. Both work better than any store-bought or homemade cleaner.
