Missing/faulty parts

This came as an electronics package with a very poorly copied schematic with component labels missing. Instructions in Chinese! All 43pF capacitors are missing and one of the transistors is broken. We spent hours trying to figure out where to start and when sorting through a bunch of components we realized that some of them weren't in the bag.
