I've wanted one of these for a long time and finally bought it. It's so frustrating to use. Half the time the keys don't register or add letters I didn't touch! My typing isn't perfect, but I don't usually do gibberish. LOL Often when I hit enter etc for a new line it deletes some words and/or phrases. It keeps shutting down and I have to press a button to get it working again, sometimes it takes a few tries. Sometimes I have to turn the keyboard off and on again for it to work. Batteries are fine. This lid lock is driving me insane from pressing it over and over again. What used to take 2 minutes to write now takes 5 minutes to go back and fix. Whenever I try to check for available updates, the program either freezes or says it can't connect. Pros: It's a nice keyboard and I love the fact that you can switch to your phone or other computers. It's heavy and seems well made, and it's very quiet. I used to really like Logitech, but the last few things I've bought from them have major issues, whether they're new or refurbished.
